Once this software is installed, you can sit back and watch as the Solutions Engineer takes a look into your system, diagnoses the problem, and fixes it from his/her own computer.
Company Behind It

What I Like About Support.com
Support.com uses 100%-safe remote control software to access your computer system. This software was credited by Security Innovations so you don’t have to worry about hacking, malware, or other security threats to your computer. It also allows you to sit back and watch as the Solutions Engineer navigates your computer. You can always cut his access to your computer anytime you feel like he/she is not doing the right thing. Also, Support.com’s Solutions Engineers have a wide variety of expertise so you can find solution to just about any problem you have with your PC, such as those regarding applications, network and connectivity, operating system, system performance, security, and peripherals such as printers, MP3 players, and cameras.
What I Don’t Like About It
Support.com offers support only to Windows XP and Windows Vista users. Currently, they have no services for clients who use Apple Macintosh, Linux, or UNIX operating systems. Also, their Solutions Engineers are only available at 8 AM to 2 PM (Eastern Standard Time), so their services are not really available round-the-clock. However, considering most other support services are available only during the day, you can more easily and more quickly access Support.com services than others.
Do I Recommend It?
Yes, but only if you are a Windows XP or Windows Vista user. You can start with their one-month personal subscription since this is the most affordable plan they offer. You can upgrade to yearly subscriptions if you decide you like their service, or you can always have your money back if you don’t.
